Our Refund Policy is 24 hours on our Flowers,
On our Baskets - we need to be notified within
12 hours of our delivery time.
Then we will pick it up, or if shipped UPS, it
can be returned thru UPS.
and all Baskets must be unopened
or a restocking fee will be charged.
Also a pick up fee could be discounted
from refund.
