We are family owned and operated. We are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gift baskets, we make all orders up to order. Our  pictures are just guidelines we can mix and match any item, we can add any specialty item to any basket. Example if you like the gourmet delights basket and the recipient likes "Snickers" and or "Swedish Fish" these items can be added. Backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one.

 Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays:

 Basket & Floral Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address.
(For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays without prior notice. You may phone the office, to see if we are actually delivering on Sunday this week. Deliveries requested on this day over the internet may be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

            Basket & Floral  Refund Policy

On our Flowers our Refund Policy is 24 hours
We need to be notified within 24 hours of our delivery time.
Then we will pick up the flowers and access the damage and
at that time give a refund due less the delivery charge.

 Please note on cakes, chocolate covered strawberries,
 balloons (latex & mylars) and Add-a-Name Banners.
Orders must be cancelled before 8am of scheduled delivery date.

On our Baskets - we need to be notified within 24 hours of our delivery time.
Then we will pick it up, or if shipped UPS, it can be returned thru UPS.

We offer Local Delivery for our Flowers and Baskets at 15.00 per stop.
Please note that some of the hotels require
a star service or bellman tip of $2.00- $3.00 to be included.

Orlando World Center Marriott, Caribe Royale, Hilton LBV, Omni Champions Gate, Buena Vista Palace,

Our Baskets can also be delivered by UPS. Price depending upon size.

 Our Refund Policy is
24 hours on our Flowers and on our Baskets - we need to be notified within 12 hours of our delivery time.

Then we will pick up the items and evaluate the situation.

 balloons (latex & mylars) and Add-a-Name Banners.

If shipped UPS, it can be returned thru UPS.
