AND TO KEEP PRICES DOWN WE CAN NOT MAKE MORE THAN ONE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER EACH ITEM.

We offer Local Delivery for our Flowers and Baskets at 15.00 per stop.
Please note that some of the hotels require a star service or bellman tip of $2.00- $3.00 to be included.

Our Baskets can also be delivered by UPS. Price depending upon size.

Our Refund Policy is 24 hours on our Flowers,

On our Baskets - we need to be notified within 12 hours of our delivery time.

Then we will pick it up, or if shipped UPS, it can be returned thru UPS.

and all Baskets must be unopened
or a restocking fee will be charged.
Also a pick up fee could be discounted from refund.
