24 hours on our Flowers and on our Baskets - we need to be notified within 12 hours of our delivery
time.
Then we will pick up the items and evaluate the situation.

Orders must be cancelled before 8am of scheduled delivery date.
If shipped UPS, it can be returned thru UPS.
and all Baskets must be unopened
or a restocking fee will be charged.
