We offer Local Delivery for our Flowers and Baskets at 15.00 per stop.

Our Baskets can also be delivered by UPS. Price depending upon size and weight

Our Refund Policy is
24 hours on our Flowers and on our Baskets - we need to be notified within 12 hours of our delivery time.

We will pick up the items and evaluate the situation.

Please note on cakes, chocolate covered strawberries,
balloons (latex & mylars) and Add-a-Name Banners.
Orders must be cancelled before 7am of scheduled delivery date.

If shipped UPS, items can be returned thru UPS.

all Baskets must be unopened or a restocking fee will be charged.

Also if we have to pick up an item... a pick up fee could be discounted from refund.
